JSM FITNESS is fully committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. JSM FITNESS will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission, but we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to the JSM FITNESS website.
We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you . Like arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks, for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so, and to Third-Party vendors needed to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements or providing analytic services.
Order Cancellation & Changes
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be modified or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been received. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
JSM FITNESS Strives to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their ORDER. All returns must be pre-approved by the JSM FITNESS company. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at jsm1fitness@gmail.com and let us know which item you are returning. Due to sanitary and major health reasons, JSMFIT SPORT BAND, SNATCHEDBYJSM WAIST BAND, and ALL/ ANY OTHER BANDS are not eligible for REFUNDS or EXCHANGES under NO CIRCUMSTANCE. Please be sure to measure your waist or email us for questions regarding sizing. Thank you, we appreciate it.
For all items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase due to receiving a defective product (APPAREL ONLY). You must notify JSM FITNESS within the first 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Once your order has been pre-approved and deemed acceptable we will gladly issue an exchange for the same product within 14 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original package, with a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. You may ONLY exchange the item for the same exact item you first purchased.

Items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. No exceptions!

ALL JSMFIT-CAMPS and CONSULTATIONS ARE FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS. NO Refunds on any fit camps or CONSULTATIONS. Credit can be used towards future camp & consultation only.
Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to process during the holidays and promotions.
JSM FITNESS is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Jsm1fitness@gmail.com within 5 days from expected receiving date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or returned to the sender. JSM FITNESS is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.
JSM FITNESS has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed within the first 24-48 hours.
Email Policy
JSM FITNESS sometimes will send promotional emails weekly to keep our subscribers informed about the latest sales, special promotions, and updated styles at Jsmfitness.net . To take advantage of these promotions please enter the promotional code during checkout. If the offer is valid, it will automatically be applied to your cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order and does not apply to certain products. Please read the details associated with each promotional code carefully for valid offer period and restrictions.
